1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products should be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Certain items are ineligible for returns, such as:

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and clearance items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  2. Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be subject to restocking fees for certain items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
